• Where is the store based?

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What do you mean Vegan?

  I mean Vegan. No beeswax. No lanolin. Absolutely 100% animal product free.

• What kind of packaging do you use?

  I only use reusable packaging that is easily recyclable. One of the main things I love about using a solid lotion/shampoo/shave bar is how much money you save WHILE saving the environment. Your paying for water and packaging when you buy anything in a bottle.

• Why doesn't my soap get super foamy.

  Most soaps and shampoos contain SLS. This chemical is what makes the foam your looking for. All of my products are all-natural which means no chemicals. Lots of foam does not mean clean.
